Pilot onboarding phase

Straight answers about the EnerGO pilot

How the pilot works for drivers and site partners, what our wallet credits are, how we handle access and privacy, and where charging standards actually stand today.

Frequently asked questions

How do I take part as a driver?

Join the driver waitlist. EnerGO is in a pilot onboarding phase, so joining puts you in line for pilot invites in your area — it doesn't create an account or give app access yet. We'll email you as testing opens near you.

I own or operate a site — how do I get involved?

Start with the partner intake on the partners page. Our onboarding team follows up for a pilot conversation about your chargers and access rules. Nothing about your site is published until you approve it.

What are EnerGO wallet credits?

Wallet credits are non-cashable charging credits: you top up in advance, and the balance pays for charging sessions on EnerGO. It is not a cash balance, a bank product, or stored value you can cash out, and it earns no interest. Unused credit stays in your wallet for future charging, and any refund follows the receipt from a real session.

What will charging cost, and when am I charged?

Listings will show price with units before you drive, but the final amount always comes from the session record for that charge, not an estimate. During the pilot nothing is billed for real charging, and any request that needs a host to confirm says so before anything is committed.

Can I use chargers at malls, offices, or restricted sites?

Many EnerGO sites are semi-public or restricted — malls, workplaces, hotels, condos, and fleet depots. Each listing states its access rules up front, and gate or security details are shared only with drivers who are cleared for that site. We never publish access instructions or restricted-site coordinates openly.

Is the charging status on EnerGO live?

Not yet. EnerGO does not show live charger status today, and any availability you see here is an illustrative preview built on demo data — it is not live. When trusted integrations are in place, every listing will carry its source and how fresh its status is.

Does EnerGO support OCPI and OCPP?

We build EnerGO to speak the industry's integration standards, OCPI and OCPP, so it can connect with charging networks and station hardware. That work is engineering in progress: we describe standards support by its real status and make no claim of formal conformance for OCPI or OCPP.

How do I get help during the pilot?

During the pilot, support runs by email through the team building EnerGO, not a round-the-clock production help desk. We answer within business hours and use pilot questions to decide what we harden before wider access.

What data does EnerGO collect, and how is it handled?

We ask for the minimum we need. For the waitlist and partner intake that means contact details and a coarse city or area — never your exact home or work coordinates. Analytics is privacy-safe and avoids sensitive personal data. Our terms and privacy pages are drafts today and will be finalized and dated before public launch.
