This policy is a draft for review. It will be dated and published before EnerGO's public launch. The summary below reflects today's pilot posture.
What we collect on this site
Waitlist, partner intake, and contact forms collect only the fields shown on each form — typically name, email, phone, coarse city or area, and message context. We do not collect exact home or work coordinates on public forms.
Why we collect it
We use lead data to follow up about the pilot, qualify partner conversations, and improve the product. We do not sell lead data or run third-party ad trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Retention periods will be stated in the final policy. During the pilot, leads are kept only as long as needed for onboarding follow-up unless you ask us to remove them.
Analytics
Public analytics is privacy-safe: allowlisted events only, no raw email or phone in event payloads, and no third-party marketing pixels unless explicitly approved later.
Your choices
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist or partner follow-up at any time through the contact page. Final data-subject rights will be listed in the published policy.
