These terms are a draft for review. They will be dated and published before EnerGO's public launch. Until then, nothing on this site creates an account, a booking, or a payment obligation.
Who these terms cover
These terms will govern use of the EnerGO website, waitlist and partner intake forms, and — once available — the driver and partner applications.
Pilot posture
EnerGO is in a pilot onboarding phase. Joining a waitlist or submitting partner intake starts a follow-up conversation. It does not grant app access, live charging, or a service-level agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse forms, attempt to scrape private data, or submit false information. We may decline or remove leads that appear abusive or fraudulent.
No warranties during draft period
The site and any illustrative previews are provided as-is during this draft period. Final warranties and limitations will appear in the published version.
